Duarran cattle performed splendidly at the Wandoan Brangus Feature Show 16/17th April 2012, where there was a great turnout of fifty Brangus.

Duarran Rosie with her spiffing bull calf Gatsby,came second in the 24-30 month class.

In the Junior Bulls, Duarran Geebung, Frankston and Flinders (14 bulls in this calss) all won their classes with Duarran Flinders winning Junior Champion.

Duarran Edgewater looked sirey as he went out to win 24-30 month class, and then went on to win Senior and Grand Champion Brangus Bull.

With Senior and Grand Champion bull and Duarran Rosie, Duarran won the coveted Breeders Group trophy.

Duarran Meatball, a Brangus X Hereford steer was awarded the Grand Champion Steer prize also, weighing in at 500kgs. 

Ian was asked to open the Wandoan Show, as this is the year of the World Brangus Congress, so he was able to give this function a good plug.
