Brisbane Ekka was a great day out for Duarran Brangus. 10 month old Horatio, a son of Duarran Zorro started the day by winning Reserve Junior Brangus Bull.

In the 20 to 24 month class, Duarran Groves, a 752 kgs son of Tannyfoil Callum and Eye Muscle Area of 118, beat his stable mate Duarran Genoa (726 kgs EMA 116) by Duarran Bicheno to come first and second in the class. Groves then went on to win Reserve Senior Champion Brangus Bull.

In the 24 to 30 month Class, Duarran Gisborne , son of Beef 09 Grand Champion Duarran Bambrick,stood proudly, weighing 1090kgs and EMA 134 and winning a first place. He then went on to be named Senior and GRAND CHAMPION Brangus Bull.
